CNF recognizes our most important resource in supporting our customers is our employees. We only recruit and hire highly motivated professionals capable of demonstrating their technical skills and talents for which they are credentialed. The credentials of our staff include PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Network+, and Security+ Certifications. Over 94% of our technical staff have these credentials. Over 90% of our workforce holds a DoD clearance, most with TS and above. We also look to the future and predict, plan, and train to meet customer upcoming technical requirements. All new staff members are provided a baseline of training on topics such as network security as well as information assurance and network security operations. Our principals have been involved with all aspects of electronic security over the last several decades and together with our current employees form a strong team with numerous qualifications and credentials.
CNF’s staff has provided direct oversight for over a dozen enterprise-level implementation projects over the last several decades. They have drafted or provided direct oversight for over 60 certification and accreditation packages and performed hundreds of security and penetration tests. CNF staff members have accomplished these efforts for several government agencies and commercial entities including multiple AF, Army and DoD agencies, Veterans Affiars (VA), Department of Treasury (USTREAS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Bureau of Census, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and numerous banks and hospitals. The team has experience both inside the government as government employees and in industry supporting the government. The team is intimately familiar with applicable government policies, regulations and reporting procedures and has used that knowledge in supporting our many government clients in an efficient and timely manner. Dun & BradStreet completed an independent past performance evaluation (PPE) and reported our score to be an outstanding 95% for customer satisfaction.
