This is a nation-wide, world-wide recognition and a prestigious industry accolade. AFCEA International consist of 139 chapters worldwide and nominations came from industry companies big and small, active military, and government civilians. Awardees were determined to have made significant contributions to supporting their organization and client through the use of information technology, providing innovation, and thought leadership in a technical science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) field. Jason is a “go to” senior subject matter expert for the Air Force cyber intelligence squadron providing technical support to solving the most dangerous security vulnerability exposures, reverse engineering malware, tracking down new variants, zero-day malware, and creating new malware labs and custom defensive capabilities. As the public is reading or hearing about a recent or current malicious software attack, Jason is analyzing, performing a malware triage/collecting intelligence, and reverse engineering these threats to identify functions, objectives, weaknesses and establishing defensive countermeasures. In addition to being a highly technical SME, Jason is a key Principal at CNF Technologies, and the Team Lead for five multimillion-dollar Department of Defense contracts ranging from system accreditation to the very forefront of analyzing and reverse engineering the latest and most advance malicious logic. Jason has been instrumental in the company being one of the fastest growing companies in San Antonio in 2017 as well as a top cyber security provider in San Antonio.
