SAN ANTONIO (14 Aug 2012) – CNF Technologies, a San Antonio based systems engineering company, announced today that the US Navy has awarded CNF a prime contract under the NAVSEA Warfare Center SeaPort-e Multiple Award Contracts. Seaport Enhanced or SeaPort-e is the USN’s contract vehicle of choice to procure all future engineering, technical, logistics, program management and financial support services. It is an ID/IQ (indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity) multiple award contract (MAC). The five-year contract enables CNF to respond to task orders issued under this contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps. This contract allows CNF to provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities that comprise the various ordering offices, as well as provide professional support services to the overall Navy, and Marine Corps organizations. Additionally, CNF may provide limited support under this contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or Joint agencies for work that is integrally related to product areas and mission.
