He oversees daily operations of the company and fosters inter-departmental collaboration to align operations with the overall business strategy, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. By providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, Aaron plays a vital role in ensuring long-term success for the company.

Aaron joined CNF Technologies in 2016 as the Director of Operations with the goal of pushing the company’s already successful brand into new geographical and mission areas. Since then, the company has experienced explosive growth in developing and delivering advanced cyber capabilities to a customer base that extends nationwide. He is an accomplished cyber professional with more than 30 years of business and technical leadership experience across the Defense Industry. His commitment to arming America’s Warfighters with state-of-the-art technical solutions has established him as a trusted government partner and respected provider of innovative cyber solutions.

Prior to joining CNF, Aaron served in the United States Air Force as both an active-duty officer in the AFIWC’s Information Operations Requirements Branch and a member of the USAF Civil Service as a charter member of the 90th Cyber Operations Squadron.
