Jim Pruett

Jim brings more than 35 years of defense industry experience to his role as Program Manager at CNF Technologies. Appointed in 2020, he leads Cyber Development and Integrations programs for a broad range of DoD customers, driving the delivery of mission critical capabilities on schedule and within budget. He oversees program operations and works closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and disciplined execution. Jim’s leadership style is structured, collaborative, and centered on empowering teams to perform with precision and confidence.

Since joining CNF in 2015 as a systems engineer, he has focused on the advancement of offensive and defensive cyber warfare capabilities through deep expertise in program management, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and system integration. A retired U.S. Air Force senior non commissioned officer with 21 years of service in cyber and communications roles, Jim holds PMP and CISSP certifications.
