Margaret serves as the Director of Communications & Culture at CNF Technologies, where she leads the company’s internal and external communications strategy, brand development, and culture-focused initiatives. Since joining CNF in 2019, Margaret has played a key role in elevating the company’s brand presence, strengthening employee engagement, and expanding community outreach efforts that reflect CNF’s commitment to innovation and service.

Prior to joining CNF, Margaret gained valuable experience at Southwest Airlines Headquarters and Texas Tech University College of Engineering, where she supported marketing and communications initiatives. These experiences helped shape her strategic approach to storytelling, brand positioning, and audience engagement across both corporate and academic environments.

Margaret completed her undergraduate studies from Texas Tech University and later obtained her master’s degree from Lamar University. She brings experience in strategic communications, graphic design, video animation, and social media strategy with a strong focus on building meaningful connections through digital platforms.
