As CTO, Aaron sets the strategic vision for how CNF leverages novel technologies to meet the emergent needs of our mission partners. This includes executing the company’s Internal Research and Development program, interfacing with the broader Science and Technology (S&T) community to marry capabilities with customer requirements, and ensuring the development of CNF’s most prized possession – our technical talent.
Aaron joined CNF Technologies in 2016 as the Director of Operations with the goal of helping push the company’s already successful brand into new geographical and mission areas. During his time with CNF, the company has experienced explosive growth in the areas of cyber research, development, technology integration, and transition to serving customers nationwide. Aaron is an accomplished cyber professional with more than 15 years of business and technical leadership experience across multiple roles within the Defense Industry. His commitment to arming America’s Warfighters with state-of-the-art technical solutions has established him as a trusted government partner and respected provider of innovative cyber solutions.
Aaron served in the United States Air Force for over eight years as both an active-duty officer and a member of the USAF Civil Service. During his time as an Air Force Officer, he established formal cyber requirements within the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System as part of the Air Force Information Warfare Center’s Information Operations Division. As a Civil Servant, Aaron was among a select group tasked with establishing what is now known as the 90th Cyber Operations Squadron, an organization known for rapidly developing cyber capabilities to address emergent operational requirements across all domains. He completed Air War College as a civil servant.
