As a Program Manager for CNF Technologies’ Cyber Development and Integrations, Jim’s focus is on exceeding customer expectations on time and within budget. He manages day-to-day operations and collaborates daily with customer stakeholders, subcontractors, and other departments within the company ensuring communications, efficient resource utilization, and enthusiastic team involvement. Jim monitors project performance to identify areas for growth and opportunities for improvement. Jim joined CNF Technologies in 2015 as a Systems Engineer supporting operations in servicing Air Force computer network defense operations. Jim boasts over 35 years of experience in the defense industry, with expertise in program management, cyber security, system engineering, software development, and system integration. Jim was instrumental in various projects, from designing, integrating, and operating cyber warfare systems to performing information operations protection. His adeptness in systems engineering and project management consistently yields timely deliveries and accolades for outstanding performance. Jim is an accomplished Program Manager recognized for his collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail. Whether tackling risk management challenges, implementing SCRUM methodologies, or leveraging new technologies, Jim is focused on driving project success.
Jim served with distinction in the US Air Force as an active-duty senior non-commissioned officer for 21 years. While in the Air Force, Jim served as a computer-communications specialist in numerous organizations, including tactical communications, NATO, and Air Force special duty. Among these organizations, Jim was a Defensive Cyber Operations Crew Chief for the Air Force’s first Information Warfare Squadron and a superintendent in the Air Force Information Warfare Center Advanced Projects Operations division. Jim maintains certifications as a Program Management Professional and Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
