BA or AA degree in accounting or similar field- no prior experience needed.
Two years prior experience in accounting or related field.
Must be detailed oriented.
Conducts a variety of financial, clerical and other administrative tasks. Prepares budget, cost, payroll, and other financial related Excel spreadsheets. Makes entries of A/P, A/R, and banking transactions into CNF’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Creates monthly Invoices for each contract. Performs monthly Bank & Credit Card Statements reconciliations. Assist in creating P&L, Balance, Cash Flow, & Job Profitability spreadsheets. Reviews completed expense reports
