Project Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM/GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

The selected candidates will have the following:

*Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a STEM, Management, or Business field with 5+ yrs supervisory experience.
*Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
*Ability to support management of project schedules and project integrations within site processes.
*Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
*Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams.
*Experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs.
*Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards.
*Experience with working in team environments.
*Demonstrated experience with requirements tracking.
*Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation.
*Excellent technical writing and data presentation skills.
*Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

In this role you will:

*Support multiple task orders and must have a deep understanding of systems engineering processes and procedures.
*Ensure quality products and services are delivered to the customer.
*Work directly with onsite and remote Program Management leadership and technical staff for all CNF and Subcontractor personnel.
*Create and update Project and Program documentation as needed to include the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
*Act as a liaison with government leads to expedite requests and maximize deliverable quality and turnaround.
*Prepare communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Identify potential issues as or before they arise and work with leadership to resolve or mitigate.
*Hold regular meetings and team building activities to optimize team morale and performance.
*Monitor quality assurance and customer satisfaction level.
*Monitor and report on project progress to the customer and leadership.
*Serve as a liaison between the development team and the other stakeholders in the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidates will be familiar with the following:

*Program Management Professional (PMP).
*Substantial experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
*Experience in the DoD cyberspace domain.
