POSITION DESCRIPTION:
CNF Technologies is searching for an Accounts Financial Controller in San Antonio, TX.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Financial Administration Duties: Oversee/Prepare Budgets, Manage A/P and A/R Entries into the ERP system (Unanet), Oversee/Generate Invoices CPFF, T&M, FFP to include WideAreaWorkFlow, Perform Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations, Ensure A/P items for payment, Maintain the Chart of Accounts and the Rate Structure in Unanet, Complete payroll with the PEO, Review final review of expense statements
Program Controls Support: Oversee/Enter in Contract Modifications, Create Projects, Review Funding Availability for Purchases, Ensure funding and budget information is accurate and adhered to at project and Subcontract level, Support PM’s project reporting needs, Review PO’s for accuracy in the system, Review invoices from subcontractors
Timekeeping and PTO Support: Assist with timecard corrections, assist with PTO accrual issues, assist with Employee profile issues, assign charge codes
ERP (Unanet) System Maintenance: In Unanet oversee/maintain LCATS, Vendors, Orgs, and approval groups, Grant Accesses to Roles and Reporting Visibility
Financial Reporting: Generate and Perform Analysis on standard financial reports such as Income Statement and Balance Sheet, Monitor Cost Rates, Generate Incurred Cost Submissions, generate additional reports for management as requested, Facilitate PowerBI Reporting
DCAA/DCMA: Interface with DCAA during audits
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• BA in Accounting
• Basic understanding of cost structures
• Attention to detail
• Strong Knowledge of GAAP
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), and contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M)
• Competence in Excel and PowerBi
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5+ years in Accounting
• Some project management / supervisory experience preferred.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
Place of work is San Antonio, TX., although a hybrid work opportunity is available. You may be required to travel periodically, less than 10%.
