CNF Cares Team Volunteers at the SAFB

At CNF Technologies, giving back is more than a company initiative — it is part of who we are.

Last week, more than 20 members of Team CNF stepped away from their screens and into the community to volunteer at the San Antonio Food Bank as part of our CNF Cares initiative. Some team members even brought family members along, turning a morning of service into something even more meaningful.

During the volunteer event, our team spent two and a half hours working assembly-line style to pack vegetable bags for families in need throughout Southwest Texas. Bag by bag, the team sorted and packed carrots, onions, and potatoes — simple but impactful work that will help provide meals to countless households across the region.

After two and a half busy hours of packing, our CNF along with other SAFB volunteers assembled a combined total of 1,080 bags of food projected to produce 24,934 meals. In total, the volunteers also sorted 31,167 pounds of food making for a very productive day!

Founded in 1980, the San Antonio Food Bank serves one of the largest and most diverse service areas in Southwest Texas. Beyond addressing immediate hunger needs, the organization is committed to empowering individuals and families through resources, education, and support programs designed to encourage long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

For Team CNF, the experience was a powerful reminder that while we are proud of the work we do every day in the cyber and national security space, we are equally proud of the way our employees show up for others beyond the workplace.

The heart, energy, and willingness to serve displayed throughout the event are what make this team so special. This is what it means to be part of the CNF Cares Team.
